Bio

Fabian Linde is a doctoral candidate exploring the intersection of AI and law. Within the HARNESS doctoral network, he is enrolled at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM) and supervised by Prof. Víctor Rodríguez-Doncel. His research examines the legal and ethical considerations of agents operating in data spaces.

Fabian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Science from the Technical University Munich (TUM), as well as Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Philosophy from the Ludwig Maximilian University (LMU) of Munich; furthermore, he graduated from a Master’s degree in Politics & Technology from TUM. Previous experiences include work on AI Ethics governance at SAP and a Blue Book traineeship at the European Commission, where he supported the development of the European Language Data Space.
